The Lookout is a beautiful modern upside down house in Mundesley, North Norfolk, the property is newly furnished and has fabulous sea views. The property is five minutes walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach, and is situated in a quiet cul de sac, with parking for two vehicles. The Lookout sleeps four in a king size bedroom and a twin room, both bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. There is also a large family bathroom with bath, separate large shower enclosure and WC. The large upstairs open plan lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, "Alexa" music system, and new panoramic wall to wall glass lounge doors open on to the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in the wonderful sea view. The dining area seats four, the well equipped kitchen has everything you need and there is also a separate WC with wash basin located upstairs. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a BBQ, and seating area. The rear gate leads directly onto the coastal path and then to steps leading down to the dog friendly beach. The Lookout accepts either one large dog or two small well behaved dogs. The village centre is eight minutes walk away, and has all the local amenities including local shops, coffee shops, three hostelries, a children's play area, a skate park, a multi use games area and of course a Blue Flag beach. You will be guaranteed a fantastic holiday at The Lookout!
